Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@vaycae24.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address so you know where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damages and issues

We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact us at contact@vaycae24.com.

Non-Refundable Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Exceptions/Non returnable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

EU Orders and Brexit
Orders destined for countries in the EU are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If applicable, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it can be delivered. Please expect the invoice to receive from your carrier via the post or email.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These costs must be paid by the customer, and if refused, vaycae24 has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

 

International Orders
